What to expect

This is a 6 week program. We meet once a week via zoom

Each session is 60-75 mins.

-You will reconnect with your creativity and explore what’s possible. Through my 4 step creative process, breathwork, meditation, and the healing power of Reiki, you’ll tap into your creative energy and learn how to nurture it.

- I will guide you to set clear intentions and move through my unique 4-step process to bring your ideas to life.

-You will receive weekly personal action steps emailed to you to try out so you can witness how things shift. This includes personalized meditations for you to use throughout the week.

This is a chance to align with your creative flow and take meaningful steps toward your vision.
